Recipes for New Mamas
I love to “spoil” (aka take care of) the new moms in my life by cooking + baking easy recipes that they can either freeze or replicate on their own. Here are some of my favorites.
DON’T FORGET: make them in disposable cookware and bring them paper plates to eat on. A new mom doesn’t need one more thing to remember, aka, bringing your Tupperware back to you! So, unless you are okay losing that Tupperware forever, don’t do it!

Lasagna (I only use beef, and use greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese)
Dessert:
Monster Cookie Protein Balls (I like THIS protein)
Banana Split Cake (my families recipe – see photo below)
